Hand in Hand Kancheepurm

Hand in Hand, runs what are known as ‘transit schools’ for children who drop out of the regular education system. These transit schools are tuned towards such drop out children who often end up as child laborers.

The aim of this project is to fund the running of 5 transit schools in the region on Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, India. A total of 11150 Euros was disbursed by CJD with the help of ROSE. A more detailed breakdown of the project costs can be found in the project proposal.
